After a long week of daughter trying to get a car. She was heart broken due to the car she had went to go get was sold at the Elkhart location. Trying to keep her motivated I told her let’s just go to Mishawaka and see what they have out that way. We got her and the look on her face said it all. She wasn’t a happy camper. She just picked a car with what she knew all she can afford but, not being what she wanted. The man that helps us through it all name Chad, took all of the things we already had with dealing with the Quick Auto in Elkhart, they did what they had to do here in Mishawaka. Turned out that she was able to get another car that was better looking “in her eye” lower interest, all in all a win, win! Chad thank you for the wonderful experience for my daughter buying her car here.As a mother, this was a big moment for u, and the staff made the process smooth, respectful and stress free.
